The Germanisch-Romanische Monatsschrift (GRM) has been founded in 1909 in order to adjust schools and universities on contexts of European literatures and languages. This programme has been maintained basically. GRM is released four times a year, conflicting its historical name (“monthly issue”). The journal includes essays, miscellaneous articles, and book reviews in regard with the Romanesque, Anglo-American, and German literature from the onset to the present day. Especially, the journal focuses on transcultural and comparative questioning. Languages of publication are German (preferred), English, and French.
